Same here with "r"!!
Sometimes it states there are no results to a perfectly good search, then the results come when repeated.

I get Bad Gateway too, also they keep saying the login is wrong, I've always had the same one so I just keep clicking until it lets me in!

I have read all the helpful hints and tips on RootsChat but I still can't mange to use FamilySearch properly any more. It was such a useful free service but now I can't navigate it! When the grey lines start pulsating it takes forever for the page to form. At  my age sometimes things take a while to sink in but they change it all so often.

I remember when Nan & Grandad celebrated their Golden Wedding anniversary they had golden colured doyleys and serviettes. I sat under the table with my brother out of the way! I made a nice iced cake for Mom & Dad's Silver Wedding. no newspaper announcements though.

I've been struggling too. As a free service I'm grateful for it but found it so much easier years ago. I too will take another look a Genealogies!
Thanks to all for help.

I cried for the ancestors who died in childbirth especially when it happened on "Downton Abbey". Also for the 2xGreat Grandfather who died in the workhouse infirmary, as it was where my local hospital is situated and I imagine him going through the "Archway of Tears" as it was known locally. (Recently demolished.)
