Canada / St Patrick’s Orphanage in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan,
« on: Wednesday 25 May 22 15:59 BST (UK)  »
Is there any way to find one one from St Patrick’s Orphanage in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, from 1885? He. Was sent there as a British Home child. He would have been 13 years of age. I know most of his family. Grandchildren. Can you get me started on something. His name is John Nelson. I guess I will have to see if family knows any  more information.

Yes. This is the same family. I met Blair briefly when he was my husbands orderly in the hosp. I teased him by calling him Cuz. He said are we related. I said maybe and I never saw him again. I wondered if we are related. I wanted to know more of Fred’s background to see if we are related. I don’t have any dates. Can you find anything on Ross’s family?

Thank you Sandra. I haven’t ignored you. I’ve been snooping for more info. Thank you for your help. The Sarah in Winnipeg is hard to say if she is the right one. Without knowing when she passed away and no other relatives to match up names to.

In the Moosomin, sask. Area. Joseph died in the McAuley Manitoba area but he isn’t buried there. I’m not sure where Sarah is buried. I’m assuming they are together. I tried surrounding area cemeteries but with no luck. I don’t know where to go from here.
