Family History Beginners Board / Finding Birth Records in Irland

I am trying to get birth certificates for my mother and two aunts who were born in Dublin in at the start of the 20th century, they were born in Richmond Barracks the Curragh when my Grandfather was stationed there in the RAMC, my mother Eileen Annie Elizabeth Martin and her twin May were born on 14th March 1905 and my other aunt was born in 1909, partition shouldn't have effected their records but where do I find them

I have since found that my Grandfather was stationed at Sidcup hospital circa 1919-1922 he would have been involved with the pharmacy or stores, my mother and the rest of the family seemed to have been there as well living locally, Sidcup was the establishment where facial and reconstructive surgery was carried out, rather like East Grinstead in the second would war
