When I turn the computer back on it asks if I want to restart or restore.
I am using the computer with the battery but plug it back to power and it seems to stay on then.

My laptop is about 4 yrs old. I have had Windows 10 installed since it first came out.
I have no trouble when I turn on the computer - it is about 10 mins of using it that it crashes and the screen goes black.

My Toshiba laptop keeps crashing - think it is W10. Is this easily fixed as it is very frustrating.

I have ordered by phone and received a printout by email quite recently but I was able to get through quite easily For some reason they are busy and sometimes I have waited 25 mins and given up. Might try emailing them but I dont think I would give credit card details by email

I need a marriage certificate from 1942 and I know all the details, date, both bride and groom names but would like to know where the marriage took place and the witnesses.

As I live in Australia I have been sitting on the phone for ages on at least 5 times recently trying to get through to order a certificate.
As they have introduced the 'Real Me' to the online ordering which I dont think is relevant to me I am really frustrated with the waiting times I have experienced.
Are other people having the same problem?

My husband's half sister would like to take a DNA test so that we could try and find her father. WE know her mothers side but on the birth cert. it was the usual blank!! for the fathers name.!
As she lives in NZ and the father would have been in NZ in 1931 which test would be the most relevant for her to take.
I know there have been several posts on this topic but I wasnt thinking of getting a test done until today when she agreed to do it. Just point me in the right direction if possible.
