A marriage  in 1958.  I cannot find any children to this marriage - any help would be appreciated.
Also, is it possible to know Henry Michael's father's name?   Many thanks.

I feel so stupid...  "transcribed".     I should have known what that meant.  Tks for all the help.

I could only see Burials and Baptisms.  They  must be grouped together somewhere;   I went through several pages and then back again and started over again and couldn't see any Marriages.   If they are transcribed then they might be at the back somewhere.  Will try again.  Tks.

Durham / Joseph Dixon, 1841 census

I have some notes for the 1841 census for Joseph Dixon, 50 yrs old; Hannah wife 40 yrs old; children Thomas 18, William 16, John 15, George 7, James 4

Can't seem to find them at the moment.  Driving me crazy!!  I have notes with their names; maybe I wrote them down wrong.

Could be a Mary Forster; and Ralph Bell 50 yrs old on same census.  Seems to be Chester le Street.

Can anyone find it for me please?

I'm sorry Westee, I took your burial date and location as fact - should have checked as jonw65 did.

No worries Jon.  Really appreciate the input and details,  as I was wondering which cemetery she was interred.  You will have to tell me how far approximately Ilford is from Whitechapel.  Would you know?  Which borough or parish would Ilford come under?  If I could find some other 'Birds' living in Ilford could help.

I have since obtained the death cert. with the following details:

Charlotte Bird -Died 7th Dec. 1869 aged 43 yrs and profession was "Assistant Nurse at the London Hospital".  Died of chronic rheumatic arthritis operation and Erysipelas,  Exhaustion" certified.
So Charlotte was working in the hospital!  the Informant was a M. McCombe present at death.

Still doesn't confirm absolutely that this is her but the challenge for me is to try and find out.  Being a nurse working in London hospital may be helpful.
