Longford / Kelly Family from Granard

Hi
I am trying to find my family history from Granard, Co. Longford.
The farthest back i have got is Francis Kelly who was born in 1832 and lived on Water Lane.
I would appreciate any information you might have on him, his life or his ancestors.

I am looking for any information that anyone has on these two people.  They are ancestors of mine and are from my maternal line.  I find it strange that my family tree goes back to a place I lived and worked as a redcoat especially as I am from the West Midlands.
