Longford / Thomas Leavy/Leavey in Longford County. Ireland
« on: Friday 23 September 22 07:40 BST (UK)  »
I am researching Thomas Leavy/Leavey born in 1760 in Ireland most likely in County Longford married to Bridget Keogan born in 1765.  I suspect he might be the father of my 2nd great grandfather, Christopher Leavy/Leavey born in 1781 and married to Jeanne Dinnegan born in about 1796.  I know of only one child born to Thomas and Bridget and she (Mary) was born in 1782 one year after my 2nd great grandfather’s birth year.  She was born and baptized in Robinstown, County, Longford. Ireland.  She married Patrick Rogers born in 1888 in County Longford, Ireland.

My hope is to identify any other possible children Of Thomas Leavy/Leavey and Bridget Keogan.  My 2nd great grandparents lived in Cooleeny, County Longford with their seven children. Any assistance with locating possible children for Thomas Leavy/Leavey and Bridget Keogan will be so appreciated and extremely helpful.

Thank you.

Longford / Leavy/Leavey in Longford County, Ireland

I am looking please for the children of Thomas Leavy/Leavey born in 1760 and Bridget Keogan born in 1765.  They lived in County Longford, possibly Coleeney, Ireland.  I believe that my 3rd great grandfather, Christopher Leavy/Leavey might have been their child.  Christopher was born in 1781 and lived in Coleeney, County Longford, Ireland until his death in 1840. He married Joan/Jeanne Dinnegan.  They had seven children born from 1808-1823.
The only known child for Thomas Leavy/Leavey and Bridget Keogan was Mary Leavy/Leavey born in 1782. Mary’s baptism was listed in Ireland, Catholic Parish Registers, 1655-1915 for Ardagh and Granard.  Mary married  Patrick Rogers born 1788.  Any information will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you for any assistance. 181

Just a try:

Japeflakes, Hello

It is so nice to see your name!  I have a question, the photo appears to show only the silver-gray Chevy and looks like a partial photo. I am wondering if there is anything I can do to show the entire photo?

Thanks for your help.

I have a cousin who loved his red 57 Chevy.  I would like to have this restored for him, please. Hope this is not too much to ask.  If possible, I would like the border and houses removed, but keep the trees.  Perhaps have the photo lightened, and would like the silver-gray Chevy included with the red Chevy.  The street is an odd color and if it can be made a more life-like color, that would be wonderful. I realize it is really damaged and is only a vintage photo but anything you can do to improve it will be greatly appreciated. Scanned at 1200 DPI. Thank you very much. The link to the photo is below.

Free Photo Restoration & Date Old Photographs / 1957 Red Belair, hard top, 2-door Car
« on: Monday 27 September 21 07:35 BST (UK)  »
May I request please a restoration.  I am not sure that this type of photo is accepted. This is a 1957 Red Belair, hard top, 2-door. My cousin said it was originally a different color but he had it painted red including the hardtop. (Matador Red) The white strips on the sides were white. This is an original and scanned at 1200. Please remove all other cars, date, person, and tree and the attachment to the front of the car. Thank you so much.

Ancestral Family Tree DNA Testing / Re: Surprise ethnicity
« on: Friday 19 February 21 17:32 GMT (UK)  »
Ruskie, Hi

My DNA results certainly indicate that the family history has been altered along the way.  The suggestion that my family might be Italians living in the Middle-East is a great one and makes good sense.  Thank you for the article and I am very eager to read it.  I love a day of new learning.  Thank you so much for all your help.
