If you look at the whole page the 'St' in Stevenson (next entry after William Jefferson's birth) is different, whereas the 'H' in Holmes (entry before William's birth) looks the same so I think is says Hanna's SQUARE.
Marriage of William's mother Mary Jane Jefferson (21 July) gives almost the same address as on birth registration (born 26 May, registered 14 June) - Hanna's? COURT-

Your probably right, as the H for Holmes does look nearly the same. Thank you.

There was a Stannus Square Lisburn in 1870's and a linen mill there.

Hmm could well be Stannus. I see there's a Stannus Place in Largymore, Lisburn.

Looks to me like "a millworker"

Yes looks like that now thanks  :)

I think i can see it says '? by lisburn' for the residence. Cant make out the first word.

I know the Mothers maiden name is actually Jefferson as it is about 2-3 months later on her Marriage record to an Alexander Totten. However i cant make out the word that it says under her name.

Possibly Susan/Susanna in 1901

http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Antrim/Lisburn/Barrack_Lane/1000544/

Could be her birth reg

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FBZH-7MZ

Ah thank you for the Census i only had the 1911 Census with her and William, and the birth reg could be possibly her as a Henry is listed as her Father on that too as i just found it on Genealogy.ie

I can just about make out this record, the writing is terrible.

I cant make out Susan's Dads name and need it to find her birth record. I think Williams Father is Alex.

Something I noticed that was missing from your tree:-

Margaret Holland, daughter of James Angus, surveyor, married John Henry Cox, a gardener, on 28th December 1912 at St Peter, Loughborough.
Both widowed of 60 Derby Road. The witnesses were Joseph Earl Peacock and Lizzie Rose.

I can't find them after the wedding.

One way of finding people on the 39 register is through their birthday. Unfortunately, it means buying the birth certificates, but I have found a few missing relatives by using their first names and birth date. However, a lot of birth dates differ from certificates, often a year or two out or the day of the month is different.

David

P.S. - In 1915, Margaret Cox of 60 Derby Road was on a list on people eligible to vote as Parochial Electors only.

wow thanks for the information really appreciated and thanks for the tip of the 39 register will give a try with different days in the month, sorry for the late reply.
