Does anyone know how I can obtain a full list of those Anglo Burmese people who were marched out of Burma in April 1942 when the Japanese invaded?

Hi
I have spent many long hours working on both my own and my wife's family tree. Both grandmothers were clearly Burmese (I have seen photos) and their respective husbands were English. Their christian names were definitely not Burmese. They are shown as Constance Lilian Andrews and Julie Constance Moore respectively on marriage certificates (both born c 1887). How can I trace them back further to see where they came from?
