Der Gemeinder, oder Gemeiner,
1) Das Glied einer Gemeinde, besonders einer Dorfgemeinde, welches an einigen Orten auch ein Gemeinsmann genannt wird.
2) Eine Art eines Vorstehers einer Dorfgemeine
3) Ein gemeinschaftlicher Schiedsrichter, im Oberdeutschen.


1) The member of a community, especially a village community
2) A type of head of a village community
3) A community arbitrator

The Gemeinsmann had a higher standing as other community menbers
i.e. he had the right to graze his livestock on the communal meadows and to use other common goods and services

these are only the additional infos i can see
he was a widow when he married
Elisabeth Schindler nee Krautwurst died before the wedding

I´ll have a look at the text lines at the bottom
It´s about the father consenting to the marriage and the documents they needed to marry etc etc
