Cheers Ros,
I am an ancestry.com subscriber, but have not got access to their family tree section. I would be interested to contact whoever posted that tree, although the daughter you mention Ada Elizabeth was definitely Florence's daughter. I know because she was my Gran. and I have birth cert. coincidently today would have been her birthday. It is I suppose possible that Clement had been married before though, would it be possible for you to give me that Rootsweb link?

Regards,

Steve.

Has any one seen a marriage record for my great grandparents, Clement Arthur Ayres & Florence Maud Lazenby? They were both living in the Hull area on the 1901 census, he was 20, she was 16. They would have married sometime between 1901 & 1905, when their first child -also Clement Arthur- was born in Barton upon Humber, Lincs. Their marriage was not registered. I would be most gratefull for any help.
