Thanks for the reply.
Norman William Hooton was actually my dad. He never met his biological father William Arthur Hooton who never married and never made contact with the two children he fathered.
He was a well respected businessman lace machine manufacturer in Nottingham.

My grandfather was William Arthur Hooton and lived between 1869-1940 in Nottingham. He owned a lace machine manufacturing business
He never married but had a sister called Elizabeth Maud who married Edward Kleuser and they had 5 daughters.
I am trying to locate a picture of William Arthur for my life story which I am writing.  Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
