Thank you Agadowey, but in fact it’s the marriage of George Truesdale and
Prudence Boyd which I am looking for. It’s one of my brick walls. Rosemary

Unfortunately I have never found out where Prudence Boyd came from, but I assume she was local, as George, who was a carpenter was working in the townland of Drumlough . Rosemary

My g.g. Grandparents had most of their children baptised in Drumlough Presbyterian church From 1849  onwards. No marriage records seem to exist from before then and I just wonder which church in the area they might have been married in. Any ideas? Rosemary

Thank you mattfrombann.  I have looked at her death certificate. She died of TB, but a year earlier she appears to have had a daughter, Eliza Jane who died at 3 days old in the Belfast workhouse.  I suspect this was my missing Eliza Jane born in 1865.  She was a millworker.

Donegal / Ranny letter and Cloghwilly townlands

I am trying to find the Parishes of both these townlands. I'm not at all knowledgeable with Donegal family history and am bug-eyed trying to find where to start, I got these names from a marriage record of Patrick Russell and Grace Molloy in 1874 in Dungloe No.2

Thank you all for this input.  I have marked Cole Lane on my Ordnance Survey map.  My grandmother, daughter of Isaac Walker and Sarah McConnell was born in Tiscallen.  I have a strong dna connection with Isaac Walker so this Eliza Jane Walker would have been my great aunt.  Isaac Walker sure shared his genes around Aghagallon.  Rosemary Joan
