This map may assist:

https://maps.nls.uk/view/104198917

It shows the college and the Governor's House as well as the laundry.  There is just a farm marked, not specifically Old Farm, which I can't see anywhere.  :-\

The description of the enumeration district shows the following:
All that remaining part of the parish of Sandhurst comprising the houses and cottages around the Royal Military College & the Village of Sandhurst round Sandhurst Church and Sandhurst Lodge south & south west of the Public Road & Footpath leading from the Wellington Arms Public House in a northwest direction on to the Wokingham Road thence to the extreme boundary of the parish nearly close to the Wellington College Station

There are virtually no grave markers in the churchyard, only large chest tombs are still in place.  Unfortunately, a trip to look for stones may be pointless.

The record office at Lewes closed over ten years ago and the records were transferred to the Keep.

Are you looking for any particular Guilford names?

John Earl of Huntingdon was younger than his sister Isabel.  He was born around 1206/07.  He died in 1237.

Perhaps he did not die in Derby but elsewhere and he was buried in Derby.  Deaths are registered in the district in which they occur.

Could this be him?
James Halliday aged 63 death registered Belper RD Vol 7b p348

To expand on rosie's find, George Brook married Grace Bradford in Herstmonceux 12 November 1898.

If you check out the 1918 marriage certificate, no father is named for Millie.

But George Brook was a witness at the 1918 wedding.

Jebber has already found that the mother's maiden name for the two eldest sons was listed as Brook.  There is a 1928 birth with similar.
