Clare / Russell Family Look-up

I am looking for help with this family:Russell. My great grandmother was Hanora(Honora) Russell. I think she was born around the Lisdoonvarna area. Her parents were Patrick Russell and Mary(Margaret) O'Brien. Nannie had at least 3 siblings: Patrick, Gertrude(Gerthut), and Christine. I believe she came to the USA in the mid 1880's. I have NO confirm information on this family in County Clare....but I do know for a fact this is where my great grandmother was from. ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
