You seem to have done fairly well on Richard Waddy (1722-1806). You might like also to consult Derry Clergy & Parishes (James B Leslie, 1937), facsimile in Clergy of Derry & Raphoe (Fawcett & Crooks, Ulster Historical Foundation, 1999).
This authoritative source states that Cumber was split in 1798 (not 1789), and gives a clear picture of the careers of the three Waddys. As to Prebends: the office-holder is a Prebendary, the benefice is a Prebend; to call a person a Prebend is like calling him a Vicarage.
