An Issue Has Occured
Please check the following:
Browser Issue
Some computers can see this page if there are setting issues on their browser, if another browser is installed please try it ( e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer).
Alternatively use another device such as a phone, tablet or computer.
Config Change
If you have recently made a change to your routers config this requires you to reboot the device.
Please turn off the DWA0120, then turn it back on again. i dont understand this its showing internet down but im actually online have i been hacked ? havnt clue DWAO120 IS any help appreciated

i been with ancestry since 2006 i forgot to give them my new card details before my membership ran out they denied me access to research now its run out fiorst they block me from seeing maternal and paternal matches then they block me from seeing ancestors through lines now theve added i can only see a maximum of 3 matches on dna match i would like to rejoin but its hard to take when ive paid for dna and im not allowed to access the information i know im cutting my nose to spite my face i dont like being treated like this after being with them for 18 years i know im not on my own on this its just not right
