I can find Annie Elizabeth and her sister in 1921, but birth place and birth year for their father doesn't match with what you have in your original post.

His grandmother was Annie Elizabeth Pratt 1914-1980 High Wycombe and my grandfather was Frederick James Pratt 1904-1954 born Burnham

The place is actually Geddington - this looks like his baptism:
Joseph Rawlins bp.29/7/1821 Grafton Underwood, Northamptonshire, son of John and Elizabeth.
The 2 places just 2.7 miles apart.

William Pratt married Jane Ansted 7 September 1788 in Great Marlow. As well as Joseph they also had William 1790 and John 1799.
