Best bet would be to get in contact with the Westdeutsche Gesellschaft fuer Familienkunde e.V. Sitz Koeln  -  Bezirksgruppe Krefeld

https://www.wgff.de › krefeld  - Hier is an article that might be of interest,   de Kri-ewelsche Sie-Wäever Nr. 10 there is a list of soldiers missing in Russia.

Hope that helps.

Hallo Honeycomb and Zefiro,

Place of birth could be Rüdern, Gem. Kleinhaslach.

The Protestant churchbooks for Kleinhaslach are by Archion. Distance from Zirndorf to Kleinhaslach is ca. 20 km.

Hi Galium,

you said that Friedrich attended the Lutheran Church. GenWiki states there are 2 churches for Kasendorf : Azendorf and Peesten . The church books for both are available by Archion.

Hope this helps, regards Peonie

added: The Biography is about their son Theodor and his marriages. His father  (V) James and mother (M) Emma, 1840-92 from Reutlingen. The parents of James and Emma are given also.
