My name is Walter Pawley and I come from Malta.  I was just browsing and came across this website, making reference to Pawleys of Fakenham, or where my ancestors come from.  In fact my great grandfather is Walter Pawley, born in Hempton Green to Walter Pawley and Mary Morgan on 26/12/1896.

When I tried to trace my ancestors some years back, I managed to trace a path that led me to think that these are my ancestors:

James Pawley (in the family above) named a son Walter (I do not have the exact dates of when he was born available), who named another son Walter (my great grandfather) Unfortunately I did not manage to go further than that.  Can you help? 

I can provide you with some information about Walter Pawley (born 1896) as he came to Malta and built a family here.  But unfortunately I cannot provide information about someone else.
