The Births of William in 1866 and Anne in 1870 were registered with their surname spelled Lecky.  See:-

irishgenealogy.ie lists the 1846 Marriage of Thomas Waller to Eleanor Magill (nee Waller) a Widow in Killinkere.   Witnesses were Thomas Waller and Henry Waller.  See:-

From the Death of Thomas Waller age 75 in Dec 1897, that Dathai gives above, it looks like Thomas was born c. 1822.

A Thomas Waller was a Marriage Witness in Killinkere Church in 1857, and also the poster states there’s a possibility that he was Mary Jane Magill’s step-father:-

Christ Church Delany (Co Wicklow) Registers have a number of Halfpenny/Halfepenny folk, including, in Volume 2, a William baptised 22 Sept 1782 to William and Jane Halfpenny.

Gosh, just two years after giving birth to the 2nd Richard in 1891, poor Catherine Tuke (nee Hopkins) died, still in Ballybrack, Killiney.  See:-
