You will have to buy the marriage certificate to verify information about Jean, there are too many possibilities to narrow down her birth. Hopefully the certificate will give her exact age and her father’s name.

I have never come  across such a spelling. All I know of is an Oriel which is a type of window that protrudes from the wall, common in historic buildings.

Have you looked to see if they married south of the border? Otherwise it’s possible they  never actually married.

You should remove her name because she is still living.

Because she is still living you won’t find her on the 1939 Register, only proven dead people are shown, she will be there somewhere but redacted.

James HARRISON and Jennie YEOMANS in the OPs original post are a red  herring.

Charles and Alice Ann HARRISON in the 1939 Register are the parents of Jennie Rutherford HARRISON. The marriage between Charles HARRISON and Alice A, YOUNGER is recorded in South Shields in 1918
