I can find the "Incoming Passenger Lists" but cannot locate the "Outward Passenger Lists". Is this still available?

It's driving me nuts too! I keep going back to it to see if I can help further, but so far no luck. It is Portugal's Portuguese as opposed to Brazilian Portuguese, which have subtle variations from each other.

On the first day of the month of January of the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty one was solemnly baptised

Jose Pinheiro da Silva to Maria do Nascimento, born on the 2 ? of December, ?? ??, legitimate daughter of ?? parents and native of Lageas, and of Margarida Maria, native of San Salvador (?), of that parish ??, residents of Lageas and residing in Se of Nicea, paternal granddaughter of Manoel Paes and ?? and of Maria Francisca native of Lageas and maternal of Antonio Rodrigues, native of said Lugas of Sao Salvador and of Cecilia Maria native of Lourinha (?) of this parish: the godparents were Jose Ferreira and his wife Maria Souza (?) both ?? and residents of Lageas.
