Let me put it this way................  if someone who is PC illiterate like my siblings want to find out about the family past and want to do a test how can they possibly do that without someone doing it for them ? keeping in mind that they don't have computers or smart phones and if they did they would not have a clue how to use them. A friend asked me to get him a DNA test and confided in me he did not have a PC and could I do the on line stuff for him and give him a print out of the results .  Surely someone else has had the same problem ? or does everyone say no sorry I can't do that for you .

I sent for the test and then gave it to him, he then asked if I would do the computer side of things. So once he has sent it back I would then get a reply saying his results are ready to view (on the email I set up for him)

Hi,
In the past I have registered my three siblings Dna test with ancestry because they do not have computers and are not able to use them so I made them a e mail address and a free account on ancestry and made myself the main person to use their Dna. But I have just tried to do the same for a friend and get a white page up on Ancestry and can no longer register or make myself the one who can access the Dna any help would be very welcome.
