I am looking for a Lascelles family who owned an estate in or around Louth in the mid to late 1800s. Any clues would be appreciated. Geoff

My great grandfather Henry Carnell Palmer latterly a miner, was born in1847 at Broadhembury, Devon and died 1919 at Esh Winning, Co. Durham. I have a great deal of info on his history but despite the fact that I have photo's of my Gt. Gt grandfather I have none for Henry. I know this is a long shot but I was hoping someone out there know him and had a picture! Thanks for reading this, Geoff.

Cumberland / Mary Pattinson 1848-?

Hi Rootschatters. A happy New Year to you all. I am trying to find the death date of Mary Pattinson b. Aug 1848 at Longcroft, Cumberland. None of the BMD records match up. Mary spent most of her life at her Aunt's farm at Bowness. I have census returns up to 1901 but no sign of her on 1911. Any help or clues would be appreciated

William Bestford b 1847 at Pittington, Durham d1915 at Willington, Durham was widowed and remarried a Kasia Clark c1905. I think the name is Clark as the 1911 census shows a stepdaughter Eva Clark. Does anyone recognise Kasia?. She was born in Blockage, Staffs.
