Hi, does anybody have any idea how I can find out the employees of Captain Scott but not the people he took on the expedition.I am trying to find out who worked for him around the time of 1898-1910.
Thank you appreciate any info. Janet.

Thank you so much for taking the time to go to the churchyard for us.I think until the vicar actually finds the plot numbers I do not think we can find the family.Because the family all died within a short time of each other we think they are all in the same plot or grave. Enoch died 1913,Rebecca died 1916 and Hartley died 1917. Its so sad really.Thankyou.

Hi,I have received the marriage cert of george child/ann jones (widow) but i am still not sure it is the right one i am looking for.vol 18 page 698.dec.1838. when i looked at the free bmd again i found the record of an ann williams married hay, brecon vol 26 page 503 a/m/june 1842 but it does not mention who she had married. This could be the right one as there was a child born aug 1842 mary ann child.
I am very confused as i am actually looking for a george child married ann williams as on all the birth certificates of her children her name before marriage was williams  would she have put jones.thankyou janet.
