This is hard for me as I don't know what part of Ireland my gr gr grandparents were born.

This is all the information I have.

John Carey, head, b. Ireland, AG Labourer
Mary, wife, b. Ireland.
Patrick, son, b. Ireland, Ag Labourer

The other children were born in Warrington, Lancs/Cheshire

Michael son, b. Warrington, my gr grandfather
John, son, b. Warrington
Ellen, dau. b. Warrington.

I am trying to find out when my gr gr grandfather was born and what was my gr gr grandmother's maiden name.

I have looked on familysearch.org and cannot find anything.

Hope someone can help,

Thanks

Hi Jo.

I have not received my gr grandparents marriage certificate, found out now what there fathers name was.  Michael Carey's father was John Carey, and yes it looks like he was born in Ireland, this is the only John Carey that keeps cropping up.
