You state at the outset that George was the illegitimate son of a George Edwards, small farm owner, and a Mary Garrod.   Where has this information come from?

Looks like this could be the marriage of George and Selina:

George Welby Garrord and Selina Cluitt Mar.1867 Nantwich, Cheshire.  This is just from the GRO marriage index.

Forgive me but how do you know that James Darking, croupier in London, came from Haverhill?

The baptism I found at Haverhill in 1792 would appear to be the chap in Haverhill in 1841 and 1851 who was just a labourer and appears to have spent his life there!  I don't think he was the croupier in Crockfords, London - surely James Darking, croupier was someone else of the same name?

I can find no trace of a Henry Haverhill Page born 1828.   Where has this information come from?

There was only one couple named Lawrence baptising children at Baydon around the relevant time frame - Richard and Elizabeth - who baptised Rachel 4/12/1796, John 21/10/1799 (died ?), William 16/3/1800 an John 23/8/1801.

Richard Lawrence married Elizabeth Farmer 2/11/1789 Baydon - that being so, feel sure there must have been children born 1789-1795 but can find nothing online.

Lanarkshire / Re: Susan Agnes Haren Birth 1854 Glasgow

Owen Haren died 12/12/1904 aged 86, also at Gardenhill, farmer, widower, informant Patt. Haren, son.

So, we have Owen Haren bc.1818 married to Mary Maguire (bc.1832) but no trace of marriage online right now.  Known children born Enniskillen (Fermanagh) but like the marriage, no online trace of Susan Agnes Haren's birth/baptism.

At last the birthdates all make sense now.  Well done to those who found the relevant entries.
