Look forward to hearing from you.

Stephen and Emily are my great great grandparents. I had my laptop stolen a few weeks ago once my tree is back up and running I maybe able to give you a date.

They lived in Vowchurch and moved to Cwmbran around 1912.

I have been able to solve the mystery, it seems the gypsy connection came from my fiancees great great grandmother Lily Jones whoose sister married a famous Pat Collins Fair Boxing Stall Propierter by the name of Charlie Hickman (who from stories told once held the Lonsdale Belt and also trained Randolph Turpin)

The Jones Family as a whole must have uprooted from Walsall and travelled with Fair

The biggest difference I have in my tree is my gg grandfathers second marriage, his wife was 23 years younger

On my partners tree her ggg grandfather was 16 years older than his wife (which was his second marriage after his first wife died)

My great great great grandmother was a woman named Emma Seabourne  Born in 1833 in Peterchurch her father was John Seabourne born 1806

I would love any further information on the Seabournes

Emma married Mark Skyrme who was from Vowchurch, I was told a few years ago that many Seabournes and Skyrmes originate from Vowchurch and the surrounding areas

I have visited a couple of times and its a lovely if very tiny place

Many Thanks for your feedback David

Your final paragraph is something I have done, albeit without charging, I have produced reports for colleagues etc as a sample to see if I had the same enthusiasm as when researching my own which I found I had.

I was thinking at first offering a cheap service where I could research back one or two lines going back say 3-4 generations, ordering the neccesary certificates and providing to the client in the bases of a tree with genealogy report and also the original certificates etc.

Then moving once gaining the neccessary experience into Occupations, addresses etc.

From my current employment I understand profit and turnover to a certain extent and also estimating costs. I had planned to time my next 'voluntary ones' for a time estimate to try and work some time estimates out to go with potential certificate and publishing costs

As I said the idea is in its infancy
