Frederick was baptised in Aldershot after my Great Grandmother married James Harriet on the IofW so still wonder whether it is worth getting the certificate to check out details!

Thank you, that makes sense, I had seen that info and dismissed it, for some reason I had miscalculated his age, Its such a long time ago when I was researching my family tree I have forgotten how to get the Certificates!

Sounds like the same gentleman to me, hopefully Andrew will be able to find out about him.
I met up with a Mr Abbott in the vicinity of where the old road ran down into the now water filled reservoir and he pointed out the submerged wall to me, I cannot remember his  first name unfortunately as it was in 2008!

I think the cottages in question were flooded when the reservoir was built after having their roofs removed etc, I think I may well have emailed Ebor337 with this information some time back, I also tried contacting a chap at the Stutton Local History group but alas he was in hospital at that time, maybe worth trying again, someone somewhere must have a photograph before they were submerged you would think!

I haven't gone down the route of any individuals other than Elizabeth but I have recorded that Mary Agnes Fleetham married a John Lee or a William Lasky in the September Quarter of 1903, the Certificate Register number being Darlington Vol 10a Page 40 but you probably are aware of this anyway.
Also have Anthony and Michael in the Census of various years too, you can view these online  with Ancestry down at you local library
