I realise this is an ancient post and I expect you have done this all now,  but I can give you a few more generations on the Taubman line if you did not find them.

I wonder if anyone can look up to see if the 4 children of Thomas James Taubman, who all died before they were 2, are buried at Ford.  Their Father is buried there.
Details for their Father's burial as follows
James Thomas Taubman
Ford cemetery
Public plot: SV 1176
43 Heath Street
Age: 28 years
Burial: 18/9/1883

The Four Children were

James Aloysius TAUBMAN   Born Q3 1883 in Liverpool   Died Q1 1884 in Liverpool
Maria Catherine TAUBMAN    Born 6 March 1881 in West Derby,Liverpool,England   Died Q2 1882 in Liverpool
Mary Hilda TAUBMAN    Born 24 July 1879 in West Derby,Liverpool,England   Died Q4 1879 in Liverpool
John Edward TAUBMAN    Born 10 September 1877 in Liverpool, Lancashire, England   Died Q1 1878 in Liverpool

Their Mother was Maria Taubman nee Wernick (or Vernick).

Maria appears to have re-married the year after her husbands death to Patrick McNamara.

The  Family tree symbols ( ancestor diagram, descendant diagram, all relative diagram) underneath the tool bar are not coloured and I cannot click on them, so they must be turned off somehow- probably me pressing the wrong thing.

Just click on the person you want to be the root of the diagram on the Focus window and they will ungrey

Don't forget in FH you can open any tree you want and then work with that tree editing data in the Property box and using drag and drop to add people to the tree as you work.

I know you were looking to move to RootsMagic,  but the notes from the Family Historian User Group,  linked below will help you with moving the linked images etc.

The sentence is related to Narrative reports, you don't need to change it but if you need to overide the default sentence you can.

The slashes only show when you are editing the name,  they are suppressed when ever you output information.

As mentioned previously, they are used to ensure complex names can be identified correctly.
For example

Stephen Fox James

Could be
Stephen /Fox James/
or
Stephen Fox /James/

BTW if you have not checked out the user group site http://www.fhug.org.uk it's a good source of help and advice for FH.

Also as you are potentially moving FTM there is a special offer on FH till the end of January
