I have no idea what CR363a means.  I googled it and the only thing that popped up was another Rootschat thread with the same question but no answer.

The question of 2 entries for the same person came up on another thread a while ago, I did a bit of digging and came up with some answers.  I have put the link to my post on that thread below.
I must add I am not a 1939 Register expert  ;D

Family History Beginners Board / Re: My Grandfather the elusive Charles Duff

Apparently his wife Jean was disabled and couldn't have children.. Hence the offer to take my mum on?

As already mentioned by Heywood, Charles George Duff had a younger sister called Jean.
In 1939 his sister Jean was noted as incapacitated.

I agree there may have been some confusion in Carl's family over Jean's relationship to Charles.

There is this marriage on freereg, I cannot see another birth in the County for the name.

Mary WILLOX to George ROTCHEL Marriage   27 Aug 1827 Staffordshire   Wolverhampton : St Peter :

Witnesses Ann FLETCHER & John BIDDULPH, no other detail.

Colin

Just wanted to mention that JOHN BIDDULPH was a minister who witnessed many marriages at St. Peter's Wolverhampton, therefore not a relative of the bride or groom.

From advertisements in old newspapers 10 High Street was The Bamboo Toilet Rooms, the manager was Thomas Tripp, who was a chiropodist and masseur, his wife noted as Madame Tripp was a hairdresser.  Newspaper ads from 1914 to mid 1920's as Bamboo Toilet Rooms, then became known as Maison Central into early 1930's.
