Hey Tomkin, your are just a treasure!!!!!  :-*

I had found the death records on BMD but wasn't sure I'd found the right George with the right Alice ..... if you see what I mean (tho' I feel your 'lookup' indicates they were indeed man and wife)  ;D ...... and as you say within days of each other, how strange ugh!  Wonder what happened in Dec Q 1935 in Barnsley?  Only one way to find out - send for certs when finances allow! Hmmmm perhaps there was an outbreak of something sinister..........

Anyway Royston thanks a bunch, I'm very, very grateful you took the time and used your remaining 'couple of tokens' to do that for me.

Hi Carrolanne,  this is a bit of a long shot .... any chance you can tell me whether there are  burials for George Marshall Young b June Q 1865 and died Dec Q 1935  Barnsley also Alice Young b. 1876 also died Dec Q 1935 Barnsley?
