Warwickshire / Buriels in 1902
« on: Monday 13 April 09 11:56 BST (UK)  »
I have 2 deaths for 1902, and a few earlier and slightly later 1908, havent a clue where they are buried, but thats another story. What i want to know is, what are the chances of the graves still existing? At the time of death thier address was Heath Mill Lane and Bradford Street, both Aston, so am assuming Witton will possibly be the one. I dont mind paying for the searches, but would like to know of the chances of them still being there 1st.

Kind regards
Wendy

Many thanks for the reply, i do now know my aunts full name, dob and dod. Have emailed the town council on numerous occasions and also Chris Pavett, but have had no reply.
Very disapointing, have a feeling that i'm going to have to try and get there myself sometime this year to make sure the grave is still there, bit difficult living in Brum and having kids.

Thanks again

Thanks for that, it could be a possibility, anything can, but gt grandfather Arthur was a very religious man, lay preeacher apparently, but as you say, some people didnt get married straight away. Another stumbling block i suppose. Sadly i never knew this side of my family due to a family fued that started 39 years ago and is stll going on now with some rellies!

Grandfathers name was Ronald Lloyd Jones born 30/12/1921 Bridgend.
