I see Rose was actually Rosina Ford Hale, she was baptised St Dunstan in the East, 1 March 1826
parents Thomas Hale and Mary ELizabeth Hale, he a butcher,  address  80 Tower Street.  Dob 3 Feb 1826.

(wouldnt be at all surprised if Thomas's dad wasnt called Ford!!)

Wow I see Mary E Hale is still going strong in 1881 age 98!

I wonder if the daughter Elizabeth B (bn about 1817) or the son John W bn about 1824 will lead to her whereabouts in earlier years

The Ball/Hale marriage was by licence.
Witnesses look like Ford Hale and Elizabeth Cooke Ball

Marriages for that era wont show father's name.

1841 Castleton Rochdale

Image is too faint to make out but transcription reads

Joseph 40
Mary 35
Mary 20
James 15
John 15
Robert 15
Martha 12
Joseph 8 mths
Betsy 8 mths
Betty 4

I wonder of Joseph jnr is actually 8 years  -thus making dob about 1832?

In 1851 he is with sister Mary Ann, who is 10 years older than him, born about 1822. She is unmarried though has a couple of children.

Dont know if she will help lead you to the parents.

I have just got back from Marks and Sparks where I got some food.
The shopper behind had no mask, and had a child who got out of the buggy and was running around everywhere touching everything.
I made a quick exit to get away from them.
Made me so cross.

I would opt for Asst (Assistant) just based on what we can see in this clip.
What is the occupation of the person/people above? Is it something that you would expect to have an assistant?

I think you really need the marriage cert of "your" chap, to see who he names as father.
