Hi Nicola. My username is GrandadsSixpence. You can put the attachments on here or email me. I’ll let you know email address once we are connected on Ancestry. Brilliant!  Wendy

Wow. Hi Nicola that’s fantastic. Do you have a family tree?  Mine is on Ancestry. Would you be willing to share the photos?  I only have the pencil drawing of TTU from a book on music hall artists I found on eBay. Hope to hear back from you soon. Wendy

Thanks for all replies so far. This is a pic of mum when she was 19, It’s the youngest photo I have of her. If this is my grandad it’s the first time I have seen him. I started my family history research with him 20 years ago. We never had any pictures of him. I discovered a second cousin back in June who has a wonderful family album. However I do see genuine family likeness in him. Sadly mum is no longer here, or any of her siblings, to ask.

Hi, looking to date this photo. It is tiny, actual image bit bigger than a passport photo.  I think it could be my Grandfather 1886-1944 and my mother, or her sister.  Mum was born 1933 but she had a sister born 1928 who died at age 18 months from congenital heart disease and malformation of the heart.  Location unknown but probably somewhere on the outskirts of Bradford.  My grandparents were not well off and the clothing could be dated, second hand and the outfit the child is in could have been made by my grandmother who was an excellent seamstress. Many thanks.

Ah Ok, thanks Jim :)

If the photo is 1890's  it would put her in her forties?
