Yes i have the 1901 info and assumed this was possibly my John,i was wondering if he emmigrated or went into the Forces like the Army maybe.

Hello, i may not even have the right John Humphrey yet, i cannot find enough proof to say it was him in London in 1901 and he wasnt on the list when his father John died in 1936.
He is a bit of a mystery at the moment.

I suppose theres a posibility that John Jnr died before his father in 1936,that could be why he isnt listed?

Hello, i now have Johns birth date which was 3rd April 1883 Wadhurst, can anyone find John by his birth date  anywhere?

12 Kilburn lane is Queens park,Kensington area so it could be him.

I need to gather more information on him,

Annie had a busy life and not happy maybe with her first 3 children dying young,its possible she did give cyril up for adoption?

i will keep checking what information i have to see if theres anything i have missed

Hi, yes the digital image which only shows a small part of the certificate, 21st June 1918 and to the left i can see Cottingham,mother greenfield road Folkestone

Thanks for the info, i am in australia, but i did what you said registered to the gro and ordered the image.
Am i right in saying you only see a little of it?   it told me a date which i assume is his birth date.It did not show the whole certificate though?

After doing some more research, Cyril Cottingham born 29th Sept 1918,is on the 1939 register with Lavinia. I dont know if thats my Cyril as he was born the beginning of 1918.

I need to find out exactly what was Cyrils birth date i think, then go from there.
