Family History Beginners Board / Fawcett's of Sedbergh (Lockbank)

There are many branches of this family - the particular branch I am interested in is as follows

Francis Fawcett (b abt 1605) m Dorothy . Would have married abt 1630. They had the following children Thomas (b 1632), Anne (b 1634), Henry (b 1640), Dorothy (b 1642), Richard (b 164?). They lived at Lockbank in the hamlet of Marthwaite just outside Sedbergh. Francis died 1653 his wife Dorothy in 1677. The Fawcett's owned farmland at Lockbank - in 1570 William Fawcett buys land at Lockbank was he Francis Fawcett's grandfather?

Can you help with identifying the surname of Dorothy who married Francis. Who Francis parents were and when he was born.

Trying to trace the family of Tebbutt's living in Moulton and Holcot,  Northamtonshire prior to late 1700's in particular Thomas Tebbutt born abt 1764. Did he marry Ann Rickett? Were his parents John and Ann? I have many of their descendants up to the present day. There are also many Tebbutt's in the Moulton Parish register from 1550 -onwards but with big gaps before and after Thomas Tebbutt mentioned earlier. I know the family branched out across Northamptonshire to Sudborough, Titchmarsh and Earls Barton but what of those in Moulton and Holcot - can you help?

Kilkenny / Lumley family of Dunkitt and Waterford

Trying to trace the ancestors of William Lumley who lived in Dunkitt, County Kilkenny, Eire. He was buried in Dunkitt cemetry in 1864. No record of his birth yet discovered but I believe he was a garderner and was born about 1783 - on his grave it states he was 81 years of age. He had the following children - Michael , James, Lillian, Margaret and Catherine. His first wife was Mary McGuire and he may have remarried a Mary Corcoran.

Trying to trace ancestors of Thomas Ellis of Sedbergh who married Margaret Todd in 1702 - father was William Todd mother Jane.

Thomas Ellis born about 1670 was the child of Dorothy Fawcett, I have not found a baptism record for Thomas - Dorothy according to her sister's will was married to a Thomas Ellis snr - but I have yet to find a marriage between Dorothy and Thomas. Dorothy also had at least one other son named Joseph Fawcett - half brother to Thomas Ellis (jnr) , again I cannot find another marriage for Dorothy or a baptism record for Joseph. Joseph apparently moved to London

Now need help tracing Thomas Ellis Snr and his family - there are no Ellis's found in the Sedbergh Parish Register prior to the marriage of Thomas and Margaret Todd.......so where was he and his ancestors from?
