I do not see his baptism or GRO registration but I note he is Syvanus Honeybun on the 1841 census and noted as Sylvanus Paynter Honeybond on his marriage registration, Solomon Honeyban 1861 census with Pheby Honeyban.

Nothing after 1861, looks likely to have emigrated?

I did find this birth but I do not see him on the 1871 census or a death but the name is common in Dorset.

Below is the 1891 census for the family I posted earlier, the main difference is it notes that both John & Mary were born in Ireland, it looks as though they might have married there. By 1911 Mary is a widow, likely death for John below.

Eldest child on 1891 census others also have same mothers maiden name, I did not check all.

THOMAS 43 & ANNIE 43 are in Applegarth in 1911, with 4 of the children you mention

On the 1914/1915 Valuation Rolls the are Thomas Jackson’s, none are in Kelso but there are at

2 in 1915 & 1 both 1914/1915 at CASTLETON  & 1 in both 1914/1915 TEVIOTHEAD . If you view the records on https://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk it may give more information.
