Lancashire / SARAH KELLY MATHER
« on: Thursday 29 July 21 15:08 BST (UK)  »
I haven't worked out how to get these questions on the 'St Joseph's RC Cemetery, Moston' page, perhaps it can be transferred please.
I have been trying for years to find family connections to my great-gran-Sarah Kelly (married name Mather).  I have recently found what I think is where she is buried.  St Joseph's, 17 June 1936
Grave number: St James 1143.  There is no gravestone.  I wonder if anyone knows if there are any records of who may have buried her.  I've looked in the Archives but find them very confusing and got no further with my research.  Her husband William Mather was buried in Southern Cemetery, Chorlton-cum-Hardy in January 1925 but there is no headstone for him either.
Any suggestions appreciated.

Down / McMULLEN FAMILY Co Down and Antrim

I have discovered a birth of James McMullen, 30 Jan 1831, the record shows Brookfield, Drummuire. I also found that Drummuire became Randalstown but I can't find where Brookfield was/is.  Later the family moved into Belfast and some of the later children's births were recorded in St Patrick's, Belfast City.
Parents were Patrick McMullen, Flax Dealer and Sara Walsh.  I'd like to find out where they actually lived or any other information on the family.
Any insights would be appreciated.

Antrim Resources & Offers / Occupation and any other info
« on: Thursday 08 April 21 09:38 BST (UK)  »
I have been trying for years to find any information on my family McMullan or McMullen in Antrim.  I have found that my 3x Great Grandfather Patrick McMullen b.March 1813 in Antrim, his occupation was a Flax Dealer in 1862.  Firstly I'd like to know what a Flax Dealer did (I presume sells the flax) or where he did it. If I can find any information on this point it may point me in the direction of any other information on the family. He died in Lancashire in 1881. His parents were Patrick McMullen b.1791 believed to have been in the Battle of Waterloo and Sara Ann Walsh married 28 Sep 1823, in St Patrick's, Belfast city.
Any information would be amazing. :)
