Yes, it was the Baptism record on Find My Past that I found him.  Haven't seen it anywhere else

Sorry for delay, I've been trying to fit my ancestors into the ones you mentioned.  My definite relative is Henry Mather b.1821 with his father William 1780. My John b.1750 I have as married to Eunice Blakley.  I have his father as Thomas Mather. And I have William Mather 8 Mar 1780 Bagilit, Wales with wife Ester and William's father Thomas b.1753.
As usual there are so many people with the same names.  Any help with this would be appreciated.

Thank you for the information.  I have no idea if these are the right family.  I have a John Mather who is uncle to William he was born 1750.  I will have to do some more searching!!

Thanks very much again but none of these seem to be the right dates.  I will continue searching on the link you have just sent me.  So many people with the same names.  Is Mather a Welsh name?

Just seen your reply Gadget - sorry for the overlap.  Unfortunately the people I'm looking for are all earlier than 1841.  Thanks for looking for me.

Thank you for the link which I've just searched.  I'm now interested in the factory in North Wales 1835 Caerwys: Paper manufacturers: Mather & Roberts Holywell & Bagillt: Lead Smelting Works: Mather & Co., Dee bank

One of the relatives that I'm  looking for was Thomas Parry b.1789 in Caerwys married to Ann Maria Mather b.1792 in Clwyd.

Does anyone know if the Mather in Mather & Roberts factory was my relative, did he own it or did he just work there?

Any snippets of information would be appreciated.
