Does any one have any information about Madge Williams  born Chapman in 1913 in  most likely Johannesburg. I would like to find her estate file but have had no luck tracing it.She was still alive in 1972. Had hoped to find addresses for her Children George Walter Taylor and Jean Madge Taylor.

She marries (1st)  George Hodgson Taylor who dies 1953 .Address at time 2810 Marine Drive ,Brighton Beach Durban.I have his estate file.
She remarries in 1957 a Henry Pilkington Williams who dies 1972 ( i have his estate file) .They lived at Moth Cottage Moth Sound Witbank. She moves to Johannesburg after his death in  and lived at 33 Dorchester Mansions  Rissik Street  Johannesburg. No idea what happened next.

Any information would be a help.

South Africa / Travelling back to England
« on: Saturday 04 June 11 18:05 BST (UK)  »
Hi
Louisa Margaret Taylor b 1871 yorkshire travels back between 1915 and 1918 --possible  from Johannesburg --  to Middlesbrough . We think she comes back alone leaving husband George Taylor b 1869 and son George Hodgson b 1908  in SA and then returns herself to SA. She dies in the transval in 1922 so this would have only been  a short visit .

have not managed to find details of her on any ships lists and would be grateful for help in locating her.

Many Thanks

Very many thanks for all your help. What a pity the inquest report no longer exists. The Cusson family always blamed my Grandfather for his wife's death and it would be good to know what happened.

Thanks again

Eddie hope you don't mind me coming back to you. If at all possible could you  also see at some time  if there is an electoral roll up to 1940 that shows Merle Taylor/Cussions with her family. She was only 8 months when her mother died so likely to have been brought up by her grandparents Ann and John Henry Cussons. In 1918 they lived at 16 Parkgate Croydon Rd Middlesbrough. In 1932 when Ann dies leaving some £1600 to her husband  the address is 40 croydon Rd Middlesbrough . Now Seems she stayed with her grandparents and then when her grandmother died moved to John and Mary Cussons.
Very many thanks

Hello all
I wonder if someone is going to the Gro in York at some time. John Henry Cussons from Middlesbrough died 13/8/1940 . For a reason I don't understand probate was granted at Llandudno 7/10/1940.

Would like to obtain a copy of his will.

Many thanks
Tempogold.

That's a real shame Dan as it would be lovely to be in contact with extended family--and we have no photos pre 1930s.

Best Wishes
