Yorkshire (West Riding) Lookup Requests / Re: 1861 and 1871 census lookup

No, this is my problem.  All I have is her marriage details in 1878 to Joseph Woodward Yates.

I may have to get hold of the actual birth and marriage certificates to find out.  I know of a lot of Jeffcock Hobson's but cannot tie her to any of them currently.

Regards

Yorkshire (West Riding) Lookup Requests / 1861 and 1871 census lookup
« on: Friday 24 July 09 11:22 BST (UK)  »
I am looking for the details for a Mary Jeffock Hobson born in 1859 in Sheffield. She is not listed as Mary Jeffcock, so I wondered if she could be listed as just plain Mary Hobson.

Would anyone be able to check the 61 and 71 censuses for her please.

Thanks

Can anyone give me the full details from the 1861 census for James and Maria Todd.  They were probably in Canterbury.  James was born around 1799 and Maria 1802.

Many Thanks

Thanks Barbara.

I can find Warley in Essex, but not Wheelley.  I think I need some older maps.

Can anyone give me the 1871 census details for James Todd.  He was  born around 1798, probably in Essex.  In 1881 he was in Canterbury, but in 1851 he was in Sandwich.

Thanks

Would anyone be able to give me James' details from the 1871 census.  I am interested to see where it gives as his birthplace in particular.

Thanks

Thanks to everyone for the information.  Checking the maps, there is actually a road called Moat Sole near  to St Peters Church in Sandwich so it all makes sense.

Thanks again
