Robert Smith weaver & Jean Anderson his spouse had their 1st child born 3rd and baptised 13 April named James.
1828 Forfar no witnesses named.

Jane /Jean Anderson d ?? there's the mystery. I tried SP for her death with Jane Anderson, Jane Smith b 1800- 1810 no joy.

I see the 1841 Forfar Well Brae has Robert, Rebecca, Margaret and a Jean aged 1

Robert Smith died Forfar 27 Aug 1874 at 33 Dundee Loan, married 1st Jane Anderson, 2nd Rebecca Watt

Hi Carole,
The 1851 Forfar, South Well Brae has Robert Smith with his second wife Rebecca plus their children Margaret 13,May 7and Eliza 4.

Am still searching for the parents plus birth and death details  of Jean/Jane Anderson. Ancestry.co.uk has b1806, d 1837 both at Forfar but as so often no original source given.

James Robinson and Elizabeth Cutter of Ryton parish were married by banns on the 11th April 1814. I have them in c 1841 at Barlow, Winlaton as James 50, Elizabeth 45, James 20,and Margaret 15.
In c1851 at Barlow, Winlaton James 60, Elizabeth 58
Looking for birth, further census and death details for James and Elizabeth please.
