I have Askews from Bourne as direct ancestors also. Not much info on them though.
Jane Askew born 1802 married Thomas Morton (1822) and had a daughter Jane Morton in 1824.
Jane Askew was the daughter of John Askew and Jane Hawgood (1773) and I believe she had the following siblings:
Edward 1798; Elizabeth 1800; John 1804.
Does this relate in any way to your Askews?

There is no Elizabeth Flowers in Pinchbeck (or anywhere in Spalding District) in 1851 census.
There is an Elizabeth Flowers who got married in December 1850 on BMD (unfortunately it doesn't tell you who to).
I also looked on 1841 census but my copy for Pinchbeck is very poor in places and I couldn't find her.
