Technical Help / Import and Export contacts in email
« on: Saturday 04 December 21 11:01 GMT (UK)  »
I`m just checking out something with you helpful people, I`m a bit useless with setting things up on my PC.
I have 2 email programmes,  one is BT  and  the other which I use most is Windows.

The Windows one has  over 150 contacts while the BT one only has about 20.
I can see I can import / export  the contacts but  (don`t laugh)  if I do that will they be removed from the Windows email.
As I just said I am quite useless  so any help or tips will be appreciated.
Thanks  :)

How do I add it to Windows Live . I follow the instructions but then am stuck.

Handwriting Deciphering & Recognition / Inserted line ?
« on: Thursday 02 December 21 14:09 GMT (UK)  »
If you look at the first three sentences of the second page do you think the 3d line should be the 2nd line. Should it read  " should marry and settle in the world"
Also I`m not too sure what the second line  after " as the provision ...... actually reads

Thanks.

Technical Help / samsung tab screenshot
« on: Saturday 13 November 21 12:02 GMT (UK)  »
I have a Samsung Tab A T580 and to take a screenshot I have to swipe the page.

My friend has just bought a used Tab A T585 and there is another option which is so simple.
There is an icon which opens to show a screenshot button in with other things, just tap it and hey presto it`s done .
Is this part of this model or something that has been added, downloaded by the previous owner perhaps.

We have looked at the user manual and there doesn`t seem to be any mention of this, only the swipe method.
Thanks.

Travelling People / William family . Pleasure fair showmen
« on: Saturday 06 November 21 15:33 GMT (UK)  »
This is a long shot.
I have a Sophia Williams, dob  and place  unknown but believed to have lived in Wrexham for a time. She is said to have belonged to a fairground family.
The 1939 register for Wrexham has these people in the place where the fair was held.
Even though there are birth dates  I can`t  find them and hopefully connect them to Sophia.
Yes, it is a task.  Thanks.
