Hi

Wilts FHS
1755 May 23 SANSBURY John s/o John & Mary. Bap.
Spelling may or may not be significant, the National burial Index also has Sansbury.

This also applies to the 1766 John
1766 Jan 6 SANSBURY John s/o John & Mary. Bap

I can't see an obvious birth/bap for the John, 1758 burial, the NBI also has Sansbury.

Searching for Jacob Germanís birth/baptism in Doddington/ Whittlesey around 1780.

Something to ponder, looks quite close..

Cambs FHS Bap. Index:
1780 Germaine Jacob, Chatteris.

Also a Henry Germaine 1780, Chatteris

A transcript by Peggy Watts and memebers of CFHS has these alternatives for the surname BENTON/BENTOWN/BENTURN/BENTSON

Using Cambs. FHS search facility on their site it returns this for Mary's surname at marriage..

"BENTOWN [BT BENTURN] Mary   1660   Stow cum Quy"

I can't see a Richard Inman in the Marriage Index for 1660, his surname is transcribed as Juman...

"JUMAN Richard   1660   Stow cum Quy"

I notice a pay-site has them as Inman/Bention.
