Martha Parton of Ketley Wood, age 93, buried on 29th April 1849 in Ketley.

1841 - Ketley Wood, Wellington, Shropshire
Martha Parton 80 1761 Shropshire
Ann Miner 40 1801 Shropshire
Ann Miner 13 1828 Shropshire

Ann Miner/Minor doesn't seem to be related.

David

Michael and Richard Parton died in 1770 sons of Wm and Martha in Wellington, cant see any details of residence which would be great. Also death of Martha i think in 1838 or maybe 1842 (Ketley) or 1849 (Ketley) thanks in advance ;)

Can anyone access the 1841 census?  Might clear things up a little. Mary had died by then so Joseph was living with his 2 sons i think and their family

There's a marriage in Buildwas that might be of interest - not all that far from Telford/Wellington

30 June 1794 - Joseph Parton and Mary Bird
Yeah saw that one but their first child was 1801, big gap for the first one i think.
