Shropshire / Thomas Noden and Mary

Thomas was born 1812 in Dawley Magna and Mary was born 1817 in Manchester
Can anyone help me with finding out Mary's maiden name. They had their first child in 1836 (Sarah Ann) and as mary would have only been 19 I am guessing they would have married in around 1835.

oh dear thats not good news. back to thre drawing board I fear.
I am looking for a Joseph Gater who married a Sarah Ann. The first of the children was born in 1858 according to the 1861 census. Thanks to those who have replied so far. Any other ideas gratefully received thanks

I have looked at all Ancestry records for you and cannot find anything I assume you already have the Family search.org info which is freely available on line. Unfortunately it doesn't elaborate on the info you already have. Hopefully someone closer to Birmingham can look the record up for you. Good luck

Can anyone locate Sarah Ann Godrich on the 1851 census. She was born around 1834 and may have married Joseph Gater in 1853. I believe she was born in Burslem.
I am just trying to confirm that my Joseph Gater didn't marry a Sarah Ann Noden a little later.

This is just a general query.
Manchester & Tameside in the North of England have a brilliant database for finding graves in the locality including the cemetery, plot and grave numbers . I was wondering if there are any other parts of the country that have this facility on line, regularly maintained and updated. I am particularly interested in Stockport, Burslem in Staffordshire, Southport in Lancashire and Bebbington on the Wirrall

The cemetery is very run down in parts and I could not find a plan anywhere. It's easy enough to work out where the various sections are though. The numbering is a little more errantic. You cannot go into the cemetery in your car so will need to park near the entrance on Manor Road.
