Hi would anyone know if someone died at Greenwich & District hospital as an inmate in 1891 does that mean it was a workhouse and is there a free site I can look at the list of inmates please Thanks

Hi Sillgen it def is for myself I dont publish my tree and I norm know every living person on there but this is different and meant so much to my nan felt I owed it to her to try to find her half brother who was treated badly amd thanks for the advice mayne I will get credits for 192.com and try that Jane

If your tree is for your own personal use then you can add whoever you like.  If it is to be published on the internet then you must be much more careful. 
www.bt.com or 192.com might help to find someone or maybe you could check death entries or wills?

Thankyou Kevin I will try those links and to my other reply I dont know where this person is or obviously I would ask them but if I knew where they were I also wouldnt have to look for them have you asked everyone you have added to your tree I wonder how you would go about doing that? just for reference I dont know if they are dead or alive but would like to as its my nans half brother so not a distant relative thankyou for your reply tho Jane ;D

Hi can anyone look up my nans parents please her name is Alma Dawson 1917 -ab1981 she married William Bartlett I think her fathers name is Harold Dawson would like to know when he was born and if poss her mothers name or any details her father had 2 marriages one early and one in the 40's to someone called Lydia? thanks for any help sorry Alma was born in deptford greenwich kent (london)

im sorry please dont search this the info someone gave me and what i looked up is not right im told by a family member? im totally confused my boys grandad is still alivve so i cant comment on him but 3 different people other than me have come up with the same records but my boys dad said no his nan was not olive osborne her name was florence from south east london how can that be?

Hi can anyone help me get straight with my search please I have Alec Robinson Goff born 28 Nov 1903 died 1985 born in Tendring Essex Married Olive Caroline Osborne born 1905 born Tendring also I need Alecs father I have William Marrington Goff 1842 Would like to know who he was married to as i searched and come up with different wives I also dont know if William Marrington Is Alecs father or grandfather? please help put me on the right path
